kind words from our clients

"I'm really grateful to attend this experience (with Gihan). It was such a relaxing, inspiring experience and an eye opener that helped me understand a lot about myself and about life. I'm grateful to meet and be around such amazing young women! Thank you!"

—Salma

“Amira has very gently ushered me into trusting my body again. After a rather tumultuous introduction to motherhood, I felt defeated, depleted and depressed and it was those morning classes with Amira that have shown me a different reality. I hold deep gratitude for Amira as a person and as an instructor - for holding space for me all the way through.”

Meet your Hosts

Amira Osman

Hello and thank you for being here. I am a mother, a teacher and forever a student of this life. I am a yoga teacher, a yoga nidra guide, a breathwork facilitator, a holistic women's health coach and a naturopath-in training.

Throughout the years, my intuition has been my saviour. It was only in the recent years that I learnt why it is the way it is and how I can share it with others. I thrive in community and I've been in more circles than I can count.

I find magic in the ordinary and I truly believe in simple honest living. Welcome to the collective.

Gihan Saiid

I’ve always known I wanted to create and work with women. It found me long before I went searching for it. Growing up around hard-working women who were constantly exhausted, I saw how they fell into the poisonous trap of feeling “never enough.”

After turning 30 last November, I enrolled in a somatic money course to pivot away from the burnout of the 9-5 grind and transition into full-time creative entrepreneurship. I decided to take a leap of faith and do what I love most—blending my corporate experience with my drive to explore creative and alternative ways of being.

I now specialise in working with women to transform their relationship with time and money, overcome burnout, and journey with their mind and body into deeper states of creativity, play and rest.

As women, we carry an ancient, powerful wisdom within us—a wisdom that flourishes when we come together.

Innersense is A holistic and integrative studio and practice focused on bringing you home to your body through breath, movement and naturopathic-based coaching.

Homebody serves as a sanctuary for women to reconnect with their bodies and reclaim their true selves, before the world told them who to become.
